What is separate?
Computers, tablets, receipt printers, cash drawers and terminals are not included. Merchant payment processing fees are agreed with your provider.

Your trial does not automatically charge a card. Paid billing requires separate setup when available. Where configured, Stripe’s customer portal provides payment-method, invoice and subscription management.
Cancellation and store changes.

How does the free trial work?
The trial is 14 days and does not require a payment card. Email verification and business setup are required when registrations are open. Paid billing requires separate setup and does not automatically charge after the trial.
Is hardware included?
No. Tablets, computers, receipt printers, cash drawers and payment terminals are separate. Check your intended devices and integration requirements before buying hardware.
Are EFTPOS processing fees included?
No. Your payment provider sets merchant and processing charges. The NOX POS software subscription is separate from merchant payment processing.
